We are currently still one of the companies that can continue to operate, apart from a few restrictions. Since we want to keep us safe, we too take precautionary measures to protect our employees.

Your usual contact persons are available to you by telephone and e-mail.

Production, service and spare parts supply are operating continuously. We can usually supply you with spare parts from our stock. If a spare part is not available, we will inform you and we will try to find alternatives together.

We follow the applicable hygiene regulations and rules of conduct of the Robert Koch Institute and have taken further precautionary measures on our factory premises:

• Representative visits to our factory premises cannot be made until further notice.
• Incoming goods are accepted by individual, instructed personnel. We ask that you keep a minimum distance of 1.5 - 2 meters and only contact the designated staff.
• For service and repair work, we ask you to arrive with as few employees as possible. Trained personnel are available to accept and hand over the vehicles. Here, too, we ask that you keep a minimum distance of 1.5 - 2 meters and only contact the designated staff.
• External persons are not permitted to enter our workshops and offices until further notice.
• For waiting times, we have prepared separate waiting rooms for you. When entering the waiting room, it is mandatory to use the hand disinfectant dispenser provided. However, we ask you to avoid waiting times as much as possible.
• As far as possible, vehicle acceptance will take place via video conferences.
• For vehicle pick-ups, we ask you to make appointments by phone in advance.

As the situation can change at any time, it may be necessary to take further measures and to restrict processes. We try to keep the restrictions for you and us as low as possible.
